This mini course has 5 modules and a bonus breathwork guided practice.
How to Go Through this Mini-Course
One module a day for 5 days
Following each module, do the breathwork in the bonus section
Complete the daily tasks after the breathwork session
Introduction
Studies show that if you are in your 50's and have a positive perspective about aging, you can live an extra 7 1/2 years.
That's just by changing how you think.
Even if you don't have a positive perspective now, you can change how you think.
My GROW formula will help you.
Task: Start noticing your thoughts and words around aging - write them down
G is for Gratitude
Learn about the power of Gratitude plus Intention.
What's your intention?
Why is it that you want to age youthfully?
Gratitude is a relatively easy way to raise your vibe - just think of what's good in your life, what's going well for you, what you're happy about - now and at any time
Task: Journal what you're grateful for about yourself.
Journal asking why it's important to age well and keep asking why 7 times or until you uncover an intention that feels like it's the one.
R is for Reframe
Many of your beliefs aren't even yours. They were programed into you as a child.
Beliefs can be reframed but first you need to notice what they are.
Observe your thougths and the words you say about aging - write them down. Then you can reframe them.
Also be aware of ANTs (Automatic Negative Thoughts). Learn to 'dance' with them. They're only trying to keep you safe - but you're in charge now!
Task: look at the words and thoughts you've been writing down and write them out again with a reframe for each of them
O is for Optimistic Outlook
Whether you are optimistic about getting older now or not, you can create a more positive outlook.
In words - affirmations (I am...)
In vision - your ideal future (be specific)
In people - find role models who inspire you
You write your story!
Task: Create 3-5 affirmations. Use "I am..."
Write out an ideal day for 10 or 20 years from now - involve all 5 senses.
Find some positive older role models to inspire you.

W is for Wins
We all need to have wins and celebrate. Celebrate everything.
Break big goals into smaller incremental steps so there’s even more to celebrate.
Celebrate that you’ve achieved the age you have.
Celebrate completing this mini course - if your perspective about aging is more positive, you’ve added years to your life!
Task: Journal about what you’re proud of yourself for
Quantum Breath Activation
This short (10 minutes) breath practice audio can enhance your mindset shift.
It incorporates powerful transformational techniques that rewire the nervous system, clearing blocks and old patterns of thinking and creating the energetic frequency of what you want (your intention).
It’s not woo woo, it's science. You're made of energy. You determine your energetic frequency and that determines what's attracted into your life.
If you're not sure, try the breath practice and see if you feel different afterwards.
For best results in the course, watch the module video, then do the breathwork and then take 5 or 10 minutes to journal.
Please remember to practice in a quiet space where you are not distracted.
Follow your own rhythm - listen to your body.
You should not feel dizzy or have tingling sensations - if so, stop and return to your normal breathing pattern
