About Dr Maud

I'm Dr Maud Meates-Dennis — paediatrician, breathwork specialist, and what my community affectionately calls The Vitality Doctor.

After decades in high-pressure hospital environments, my own life stopped me in my tracks. I faced grief, midlife upheaval, and the quiet loss of self that so many women over 50 experience in silence. Nobody was coming to save me. So I saved myself.

That journey — through the science of healthy aging, through body-mind practices, through years of immersion in what actually works — became the STOP Method.
