Who is Dr Maud?
Dr Maud Meates-Dennis spent years working as a paediatrician — dedicated to giving children the best possible start in life. Then her own life stopped her in her tracks.
She faced what so many women over 50 experience in silence — exhaustion, a quiet loss of self, and the unsettling feeling that her best years might be behind her.
They weren't. And yours aren't either.
So she turned her medical training toward a very personal question: how do I get myself back?
The answer became the STOP Method — and Living with Vitality is where she teaches it.
As well as being a medical practitioner, Dr Maud holds certifications in Quantum Breath, RTT hypnotherapy, and the Quantum Flow method, and is the author of The STOP Method for Timeless Aging.
