Subject: What if this isnât âjust agingâ?
Hi [Name],
What if feeling more tired, less motivated, or slightly ânot yourselfâ isnât just something you have to accept?
A friend of mine, Dr Maud Meates-Dennis, has just released a book that explores exactly this â especially for women over 50.
It gently challenges the idea that aging means decline, and instead shows how small, consistent changes can shift how you feel day to day â your energy, your mood, even your sense of whatâs possible.
No extremes. No overwhelm.
Just practical, science-backed ways to support your body so it can support you.
⨠For a limited time, the book is free to download.

Hi [Name],
Quick note to share something I think many of you will find helpful.
A friend of mine, Dr Maud Meates-Dennis, has written a really practical, down-to-earth book for women over 50 â focused on how to feel better, not just live longer.
Itâs simple, encouraging, and grounded in science â without being heavy or overwhelming.
⨠Itâs free to download for a few days only.

If youâve been wanting a reset, or just a few things that actually make a difference, this is a good place to start.

If youâre curious to explore this more deeply, Iâm also available for conversations, interviews, or podcasts.
What I share doesnât come from extremes or perfectly optimised routines. It comes from both science and real life â from walking this path myself and understanding what actually fits into a full, sometimes messy life.
My work often starts in a slightly different place.
Before habits and actions, thereâs the relationship you have with yourself â remembering who you are underneath everything youâve had to be, and learning to trust yourself again.
From there, we look at how you think, how you feel, and then what you do â because lasting change tends to flow in that direction, not the other way around.
In this approach, feel is about stress and the state your body is in.
When youâre in chronic stress, your system shifts out of its restorative mode â the state where repair, recovery, and cellular renewal happen most effectively.
Which means that even when youâre doing many of the ârightâ things, ongoing pressure or self-correction can limit the benefit you get from them.
Itâs not about doing more. Itâs about creating enough internal safety for your system to respond.
Much of my work is about self-love, self-trust, and coming back to yourself at a stage of life where many women feel a little disconnected from who they once were.
Itâs a more human, grounded approach to aging â focused less on optimisation for its own sake, and more on how you actually feel in your body and your life.
If this feels like something that would resonate with your audience, you can reach me on the contact page or by email: maud@defyagelimits.com
If itâs helpful, here are a few directions we could explore â but Iâm always happy to follow where the conversation naturally wants to go.
Whatâs actually happening in the body when women start to feel tired, flat, or less like themselves in midlife?
Why can someone be doing all the ârightâ things for their health, but still not feel better?
What role does breathwork play in helping the body shift out of chronic stress and back into a more restorative state?
What are your Vitality Codes, and how do they support women to feel better in their day-to-day life without needing to overhaul everything?
